Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team in Osborne Park. Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, you will be required to provide end to end recruitment services to our technical division, assisting in finding the best talent possible for Primero.
Your Key Responsibilities
- End to end recruitment for all white-collar roles, including proactive sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers.
- Creating and maintaining talent pools, headhunting and passive searches.
- Providing guidance and advice to all Hiring Managers.
- Working in collaboration with the broader HR team.
What You ‘Can Do’
- 2+ years white collar recruitment experience (ideally in the engineering, construction or resources sectors).
- Experience with proactive sourcing, candidate engagement and strong negotiating skills.
- A personalised customer service approach, applying it to your colleagues and candidates.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Avature would be advantageous however not essential.
- Team-focused approach, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
