About the Role
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Recruitment Specialist who wants to grow fast with us.
You’ll be leading our recruitment function end-to-end, from strategic planning through to tactical hiring, compliance, and onboarding. This is a career-development opportunity where you'll be empowered to shape recruitment at a critical stage of our scale-up journey.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have 1–2 years' experience in recruitment.

- Want to understand and impact both the top and bottom lines of a company’s P&L.
- Thrive on autonomy and value mentorship (you’ll be mentored directly by the Founder).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment operations across QLD and NSW (with national expansion on the horizon).
- Develop new recruitment channels to improve speed and quality of hiring.
- Refine and manage an efficient onboarding process in collaboration with State Managers and Client Services.
- Ensure compliance through diligent verification of service team members (you will be supported by a best-in-class operating system here).
- Manage and optimise agency and Workforce Australia partnerships.
- Develop and update employee documentation (e.g. policies, role descriptions).
