Based in our Sydney Greater West region, the Regional Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing regional planning and organising along with exceptional service to all sites within the region. Some duties will include, but are not limited to:

Based in our Sydney Greater West region, the Regional Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing regional planning and organising along with exceptional service to all sites within the region. Some duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to all sites and support services within the region, on an ad hoc basis
- Maintain regional site administration, including diary and appointment management, incident management system, pool vehicle maintenance and other administrative duties
- Provide a high-quality customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication
Travel throughout the region will be required.
About you
- You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
