Position Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead FMC’s commercial sales efforts across Southern & Western regional Australia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, ANZ, you will oversee a team of 8 remote Area Business Managers, drive regional revenue exceeding $100M+, and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen FMC’s market position.
This role is best suited for candidates based in the Adelaide regional area, providing strong access to key customers and markets.
Lead a high-performing remote sales team across Southern & Western Australia.
Drive $100M+ revenue growth with full P&L and key account responsibility.
Work with a global AgChem leader, driving sales innovation and strategy.
Location: Our main office is located in North Ryde; however, this is a Fully Remote position with extensive travelling required within Southern & Western Australia.
The Role
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
Drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction in the ANZ region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with FMC’s business objectives.
Build and manage key customer relationships and high-value commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Manage regional budget, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
The Candidate
Proven sales leadership experience within the agriculture or AgChem industry.
Strong background in AgChem products and retail channel management.
Experience leading remote teams, coaching, and driving performance.
Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and key account management.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial decision-making skills.
Tertiary qualification in agriculture, science, commerce, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
