This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy caravan and camping holiday park in Australia’s beautiful - Coonamble, NSW
The Role
We are currently seeking a Relief Caravan Park Manager for a busy caravan and camping holiday park in Coonamble, NSW
Working within a supportive and inclusive senior management team, you will:
- Ensure that a safe working and holidaying environment is maintained proactively across the property
- Deliver the best possible Guest experience
- Have strong attention to detail highly customer focused, commercially minded driving business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement – people who can deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
Relief Caravan Park Managers must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and must love working with guests and our existing onsite staff.
The ideal management team will be able to also assist with grounds maintenance as well as greeting and checking in our guests at reception. The grounds work is physically demanding as you are responsible for all aspects of the park including the cleaning of amenities. As per council regulations - no pets allowed on the property.

- Success candidates must be available to work a 4 day consecutive fortnight including the weekend.
- This is a great little Park on the beachfront in Miami Gold Coast.
- You must have your own van or set up
- There may be a possibility to leave your van onsite during your working period, rather than remove every fortnight
Responsibilities include:
- Being accountable for all Business operation and guest experience
- Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to fit within established guidelines
- Lead and supervise small teams
- Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
- Achievement of agreed KPI's
A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers and relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.
Selection Criteria
- An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings
- Must be able to liaise with existing on-site managers
