Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Canberra Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Full training provided – no experience necessary! Applicants with enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to work and learn are encouraged to apply and experience Enterprise.
About the role
Primary tasks include:
- Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
- Offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs
- Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person
- Checking and grooming of vehicles on return of rental
- Providing a high level of customer service
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to learn and operate various software systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team ethic
- Current, unrestricted driver’s licence
- Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus
