About the Opportunity:
For Purpose Aged Care is proud to offer a meaningful leadership role at a time of exciting transformation in the aged care sector. If you’re an experienced Residential Manager ready to make a real impact, this is your chance to lead a modern, fully equipped residence.
Starting as soon as possible, you’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, and maintaining accreditation standards — all backed by the latest technology and a skilled, passionate team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and more, within a growing national organisation committed to excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing medium to large aged care facilities
- Strong understanding of compliance and accreditation requirements
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in operational planning, budgeting, rostering, and resource management
- Comfortable using computer systems and care management software
- Passionate about making a positive difference for residents, families, and staff
- Collaborative, compassionate leadership style that inspires and grows teams
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA
- A Police Check dated within the last year
