The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Residential Services Manager to serve as the cornerstone of resident experience at a prestigious apartment complex. This client-facing role requires a service-oriented professional who will act as the dedicated point of contact for all residents, delivering personalised, hospitality-focused assistance that exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Delivering exceptional customer service through prompt, friendly, and professional responses
- Coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs with white-glove service standards
- Managing resident communications via BMS software and maintaining detailed resident profiles
- Facilitating community amenity bookings and coordinating resident events
- Providing concierge-level services including local recommendations and lifestyle support
- Acting as residents' advocate when coordinating maintenance services
- Conducting comprehensive building orientations for new residents
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all resident matters

Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential services management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine service orientation
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with property management systems (BMS software preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with tact
- Professional presentation and welcoming demeanour suitable for luxury residential environment
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high service standards
Remuneration:
Competitive salary package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
