Our Circular Quay restaurant is looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead the Guest Services Department.

Day to day duties may include:
- Allocate and monitor all reservations and manage the door during service periods
- Maximise seating times and allocations through multi tasking
- Responsible for processing financial transactions and closing procedures
- Manage the function process end to end - exceptional communication skills both external and internal
- An understanding of up to date reservation systems and working with loyalty programs, vouchers and gift cards
Do you have?:
- At least of 2 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Experience in function booking and coordination
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as Dimmi, SevenRooms, Respak or Res Diary is an advantage
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
