We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in overseeing daily operations.
Essential Criteria
- Fluent English with good communication skills.
- Proven supervisory/team leader experience in fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environments – club experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and a can-do attitude.
- Valid RSA and Food Handler certifications are preferrable
- Full time / Part time
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead from the floor and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across a range of dinning settings. You will:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, high-standard service.
- Train, support, and motivate F&B staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Engage with guests, resolve concerns professionally, and lead by example.
- Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure timely, accurate service.
- Uphold food, beverage, and service standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $56,505.42 – $85,536.21 per year
