We have a unique opportunity for a passionate Area Manager to join our Tribe and support the NSW South & ACT. Responsible for maximizing potential across service and sales, our Area Managers drive a customer first culture, while continuing to innovate.
This role will be responsible for a total of 15 Stores, liaising with Store Teams, VM, RSC Teams & customers.
This area covers South Sydney Metro, Southern Highlands, ACT, Albury & Wagga Wagga.
Please note, travel will be a requirement of the role.

- Are commercially minded, regularly reviewing performance in their Area to ensure business success
- Build strong relationships internally and externally to achieve commercial goals, and foster a culture of collaboration
- Have an affinity with the Taking Shape brand, and live, love and breathe our product
- Possess demonstrated Retail Management experience, preferably within multi-site and remote Area Management
- Have a customer first mentality, and establish and promote a high service culture within your teams
- Are an exceptional people leader, with an ability to mentor and develop team members
- Are flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment, using your time management skills to effectively prioritise
- Have a strong commercial acumen and business nous, with the ability to drive performance within your teams
- Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across different levels
