About the role
As a Retail Sales Manager at OBriens Clothing Co', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Manning, WA. This is a full-time position that requires leadership, customer service, and business acumen to drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management and merchandising
- Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Provide coaching and support to sales associates to help them reach their full potential
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing to customers
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the store team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- No rosters required.
