Casual role with view to Part-Time for the right person
Beds R Us Oxley is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
This is a hands-on sales role, perfect for someone who is passionate about helping people, enjoys building relationships, and has the drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding set KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong rapport and lasting relationships with customers
- Work autonomously with a high level of self-motivation
- Contribute to store operations and assist in team training
- Uphold Beds R Us values and philosophy in your day-to-day work
- Be available to work on a rotational day roster
About You
- Proven success in sales and customer service (retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of KPIs and sales targets, with a track record of achieving results
- High energy, confidence, and a mature, outgoing personality
- Honest, reliable, and driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about helping people and providing an exceptional customer experience
- References from previous roles available
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Previous experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
