About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate, results-driven team member to join our retail family. You’ll bring energy, confidence, and a strong sales mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help us smash our targets.
Key Requirements:
- Confident in leading the day and motivating a team to achieve results.
- Flexible with availability for scheduled and call-in/standby shifts.
- Available on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (schedules may be adjusted based on business needs).
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous fashion retail experience (footwear experience highly regarded but not essential).
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative and supportive team player.
- Highly motivated, organised, and adaptable.
- Willing to travel to assist surrounding stores when required.
- Must hold valid Australian work rights with at least 12 months remaining.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.55 – $28.12 per hour
