- This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.

- You must have the availability a rotating roster between the hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm, weekdays and alternating fortnightly weekend shifts (both Saturday & Sunday).
- Driving sales performance by understanding our customers’ needs, analysing the local market, and monitoring competition, and acting quickly to prioritise products and services that enhance profitability.
- Responsible for operational execution of activities and ways of working, while also taking responsibility to continuously improve these locally.
- Developing comprehensive range knowledge and sharing insights, features, and benefits with customers, team members, and commercial partners to maximise sales.
- Ensuring a seamless customer experience across channels, acting on customer insights to exceed expectations.
- Leading and motivating team members, and collaborating with commercial partners, to maintain inspiring, organised, well-stocked retail shops, ensuring the IKEA product range is presented in an engaging way that customers find easy to shop.
- Consistently analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes and drive business results.
- Passionate about home furnishings and curious about life at home.
- Proactive and high-energy, motivated to actively engage with customers to support them in their buying decisions.
- Skilled in understanding customer behaviour, motivations, and needs, and effectively applying this knowledge to find solutions and drive sales.
- Experienced leading a team of direct reports (minimum 1 year) including team development - coaching, building competence, managing performance, and creating a talent pipeline for future leadership roles.

- Proactive in seeking ways to simplify processes and reduce unnecessary negative costs to the business.
