At Clark Rubber Balcatta, we are seeking a passionate, professional and customer-focused Sales Person to join our dynamic retail team. This permanent part-time/full time role will be based in our Balcatta, WA store and will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product sales, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with our clients
- Assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
- Accurately processing sales transactions and cash handling
- Participating in stock management and replenishment tasks
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail (Bulky Goods) or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility to work during peak trading hours, including weekends
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work in a team environment
