- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in health and fitness, with knowledge of related products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
