- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team

- Managing store operations, rostering, and compliance with precision
- Building strong connections with internal teams and the local community
- Leading by example with safety and operational excellence
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership and people management skills in a retail or high-volume sales environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business results
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A personal interest in sport or an active lifestyle – nice to have, but not essential
