Accent Brands (a division of Accent Group) is looking for a talented Retail Visual Merchandise Manager to elevate the customer journey across our powerhouse portfolio – Vans, Timberland, Dickies, Lacoste, HOKA, UGG, Merrell & Saucony.
Reporting to the GM – Direct to Consumer, and partnering closely with Brand and Retail leaders, this role owns visual execution and sensory experience across our store network – ensuring every window, display and campaign feels premium, on-brand and irresistible.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the national roll-out of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations
- Developing visual merchandise directives tailored to each brand’s identity and global positioning
- Driving visual excellence across windows, floor layouts, POS and storytelling tools
- Owning sensory experience (scent, music, lighting) to create immersive brand spaces
- Partnering with field visual merchandise and store teams to drive compliance and high visual standards
- Acting as the bridge between Marketing, Brand and Retail to deliver cohesive, premium execution
- Visiting stores regularly and rolling up your sleeves to support major launches and events
- Experience in visual merchandise, retail marketing or in-store brand experience within fashion/footwear
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams – and translate brand strategy into practical store tools
- Creativity, curiosity and a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience
- A love of fashion, sport, surf and street cultures
- Willingness to travel across ANZ for store visits and campaign rollouts
- Work across eight globally recognised brands with diverse creative identities
