The Opportunity:
As a Revenue Management Coordinator at Seven, you will play a vital role in supporting our Revenue Management team to deliver sustainable growth for Seven. You will be responsible for report generation, assisting with the implementation and management of inventory strategies, policies, processes, initiatives, and systems. High-level support from relevant stakeholders is also required.
In this role, you will be working closely with Trading Managers, Senior Trading Analysts, and the National Sales Team.
This role is a fixed-term contract until June 2026.
Based in Eveleigh, Sydney, and reporting to the Trading Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the Revenue Management queries inbox, ensuring timely responses to sales requests, bonus conversions, revenue reports, and daily operational needs.
- Handle Salesforce cases, including client deal set-ups and execution of daily requests.
- Support inventory optimisation and yield management to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Produce accurate, insightful revenue and sales reports while ensuring adherence to sales policies and procedures, assisting with updates as required.
- Stay informed on local and global economic conditions that may impact revenue management strategies.
About You:
You will be detail-oriented, analytical and proactive, as well as capable of supporting sales and trading teams with accuracy and efficiency. You possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear and concise communication skills, and solid numerical and analytical acumen.
You will have:
- 1+ years of Media experience in sales/advertising/revenue management.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate forecasting, processing, and assessment.
- Effective time management, organisational skills, and ability to work independently on multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and data analysis skills, with solid Excel proficiency.
- Flexibility, adaptability in dynamic market conditions, and a team-oriented mindset.
