About the Role:
We’re hiring for a Maintenance Roofer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone ideally experienced in tile roofing, any other roofing experience is a bonus for us as we work with many different roofing materials.
Position: Maintenance Roofer
Location: Sydney

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + benefits + bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect, repair and replace roof tiles, ridge caps, battens etc. on residential and commercial properties
- Inspect, repair and replace metal sheeting, flashings and caps on residential and commercial properties
- Perform routine maintenance and leak detection
- Ensure all work is up to code and follows safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with tile roofing (concrete, terracotta, slate, lead work etc.)
- Strong understanding of roof systems and structural integrity
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
