What You’ll Do (as a 40:60 Split to Start)
- Lead operational efficiency: Track job budgets for labour and materials, ensuring each project stays on schedule and on budget.
- Rostering & material management: Plan worker schedules, order and track materials, and ensure smooth supply.
- Client handover & quality checks: Conduct final inspections, walk-throughs, and gather client sign‑off.
- Hands-on roofing: Pitch in where needed—tile, metal, gutter, fascia—as part of the team.
Over time, we’ll shift toward a full-time supervisory role, giving you the opportunity to lead more and climb the ladder.
What We’re Looking For
- Trade-qualified roofer or roof plumber (residential or commercial)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a roofing role
- Strong budgeting and crew‑management skills
- Excellent communication and client liaison capabilities
- Licenses: White Card, Working at Heights, driver’s licence
