Job Description
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will ensure our guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming. This role requires individuals who are passionate about providing a comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds to hotel standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces, bathrooms, etc.
- Replenish room supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure all areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of bed-making and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must reside in or near Coolangatta, QLD, for reliable commuting.
- Availability to use a bodycamera in work

Pay: $55.00 – $85.00 per hour
