Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate business looking for an organised, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales agents
- Preparing contracts, marketing materials, and property listing documentation
- Managing client correspondence and booking appointments
- Keeping CRM systems and property databases up-to-date
- Assisting with reporting and general office tasks

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a real estate or admin role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and Microsoft Office
- A proactive attitude and team-first mindset
