(Great Commission Packages) We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling house and land packages, units, townhouses or villas, to prospective buyers, guiding clients through the sales process, and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in house and land packages
- Conduct property presentations and demonstrations
- Provide detailed information on available packages, features, and financing options
- Qualify leads and assess client needs to recommend suitable packages
- Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to settlement
- Maintain and update customer database and follow-up with prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to generate leads
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new developments
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in house and land packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local property market and relevant regulations
- Valid real estate license
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
