Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Handle customer inquiries (orders, products, services) and escalate issues when needed.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers via follow-ups and visits.
Prospect potential clients through emails and visits.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Track conversion rates and customer acquisition costs to optimize sales.
Requirements (About You):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1+ year in sales administration (FMCG experience a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management.
