About us
Wesley Mission is a high profile, multi-faceted Christian organisation making a real difference in the community. We work with the most disadvantaged in our community by providing over 200 services ranging from aged care, Retirement Living, Homeless services, child and family care, counselling, employment, training and education, and health services.

About the program
- Demonstrated experience in property or aged care industry sales and high-level customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with older people
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic financial systems
- Adaptable to changing demands and priorities with quick response times
- Understanding of retirement villages and their significance in residents’ lives
- Experience interpreting contracts and working within financial systems
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to affirm Wesley Mission’s vision, mission and values, and advocate our Word and deed ministry
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in retirement living, aged care, property, or health sectors (desirable)
- Understanding of NSW Retirement Village Legislation (desirable)
- Awareness of financial, legal, and transition considerations for seniors downsizing
