Sales Representative – Kids’ Activity Kits & Engagement Experiences

At Funbox, we’re Australia’s go-to for customised activity kits, STEM projects, and creative packs that spark joy and engagement for kids nationwide. We partner with shopping centres, event organisers, OSHC providers, schools, tourism operators, and corporate brands — anywhere families gather and fun is on the agenda.
We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow in the OSHC sector and beyond, tapping into retail, community, and promotional markets.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven, growth-focused sales role where you’ll build strong connections, uncover opportunities, and deliver tailored activity solutions that wow clients. You’ll be responsible for both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships - helping them deliver ready-to-go activities and memorable family experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across OSHC, education, retail, tourism, and events - measured in KPIs and enforced quarterly
- Build and maintain client relationships from first contact to repeat orders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with creativity and persistence
- Collaborate with the Funbox team to develop tailored activity solutions
- Represent Funbox at events, meetings, and industry networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience in new business development or account growth (Bonus if in promo, OSHC, creative or marketing industries)
- Comfortable with prospecting, pitching and building partnerships
- A self-motivated, results-driven personality who loves the challenge of hitting and beating targets!
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with excellent communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
- Organised, proactive and always looking at ways to add value
- Ability to use a CRM system and capable of managing leads and priorities effectively
- A creative eye — confident in Canva or similar design tools to put together simple proposals
