We are looking for a motivated, tenacious, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team. The SDR will be at the forefront of our business growth, responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating meaningful conversations with potential prospects, and setting up valuable meetings for our sales team. - Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting efforts across phone, email, and marketing campaigns. Leverage industry insights to target the right decision-makers and drive conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
- Outreach and Engagement: Effectively engage with potential customers, building relationships and trust through personalised cold calls, targeted emails, and strategic follow-ups. Set up meetings or product demos with the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and paving the way for successful sales engagements.
- CRM Management: Consistently maintain and update lead information within the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and activities. Leverage CRM insights to monitor lead progress and follow-up strategies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team to ensure the seamless transition of qualified leads. Collaborate with team members to align on strategies and share best practices for success.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs, contributing directly to the overall sales goals and success of the team.
- Market Research and Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively identify new sales opportunities. Use this market knowledge to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred, but not required). A proven track record in generating leads or customer interaction is a plus.

- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling leads and prospect information.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for sales. A quick learner who is eager to grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, meeting ambitious targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, enabling you to track, manage, and analyse leads effectively.
