This is a chance to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Based at the Willawong branch in Brisbane, you'll step into the role as Sales Manager, you’ll lead the dedicated sales team and promote our diverse range of moving services to corporate, government, and private clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets
- Converting marketing leads into successful outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring your team to achieve their best
- Collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service
You’ll bring your existing knowledge of our business and culture, and we’ll support you with the tools and training to succeed in this leadership role.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales and marketing experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, self-driven mindset
- High attention to detail and organisational skills Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Desirable Experience
- Background in service-based sales
- A track record of exceeding sales targets Previous experience in the sales team
