Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and drive our business forward.
As Sales Manager for our Central Coast team, you will drive growth in residential and commercial solar and battery storage systems. You’ll manage and coach the sales team, and ensure we meet our revenue targets. You'll develop effective sales strategies, foster a positive team culture, and play a key role in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong sales leadership experience, and a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase revenue
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise sales processes and team effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities
- Train and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Manage daily operations, including team retention, promotions, and ensuring company compliance
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and HR team to ensure recruitment, training, and team development align with company goals
