SALES REPRESENTATIVE - WINDOW FURNISHINGS
Factory Blinds is a long-established window furnishings specialist servicing Launceston, the Tamar Valley and the Northern Tasmania area with custom made window furnishings and is considered to be a leading retailer within our region.
Factory Blinds is a manufacturing retailer, that is we manufacture most of the goods that we sell, roller blinds, patio blinds and curtains. Additionally, Factory Blinds is a key account for a select number of leading national and inter-national wholesale suppliers.
The job requires an experienced sales representative ideally, and preferably, with a strong level of knowledge and understanding of the window furnishings industry or related industries such as the building trade.
Training is a combination of in-house and supplier-based training. You will be working in conjunction with our retail sales team, our sales consultant team and our installation team. You will be provided with a vehicle, a phone and job specific tools and aides.
The working hours are commonly Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a rostered Saturday morning. While based at our Invermay showroom, you will travel to the customer's home wherever it may be within our region to consult and measure & quote while on site.
