What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of the Carer Support Officer role is to implement and lead the Carer Support components of the SCHN Clinical Governance Framework, as informed by the NSW Carers (Recognition) Act 2010, the NSW Health Recognition and Support for Carers Key Directions, the SCHN Strategic Plan, the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and any other relevant NSW Health materials with the support of the SCHN Consumer Experience Manager.
