Auntie Anne’s is excited to announce the opening of our second franchise store, coming soon to the Queen Victoria Building (QVB)! As we prepare for this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for passionate and reliable seasonal team members to join us and grow with the brand.
At Auntie Anne’s, we’re known for our warm, soft pretzels and friendly service. We believe great food starts with great people. Our team is the heart of what we do — working together to deliver freshly baked products and an outstanding guest experience every single day.
Please note: This is a seasonal position (approximately 1–3 months), but we are looking for individuals with a genuinely caring attitude toward others.

- Awareness of the importance of keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised at all times
- A strong work ethic and commitment to team success
- Someone open to learning and feedback – if you have a strong “I know” attitude, this role may not be the right fit
Job Descriptions:
At Auntie Anne’s, we work as a team to serve guests and ensure every product is freshly prepared to our standards. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting guests in the queue by answering questions
- Offering samples and promoting our food and beverage items
- Representing the Auntie Anne’s brand and values
- Buttering and flavouring pretzel items
- Serving coffee and preparing beverages with team members (note: this is not a barista or café all-rounder role)
- Preparing and portioning ingredients such as dipping sauces, cream cheese, sausages, and lemon juice
- Refilling packaging and service items like paper bags, cups, straws, and lids
- Welcoming and serving customers with warmth and efficiency
- Keeping the store clean and presentable
- Taking initiative and supporting team members as needed
Trial After Interview:
Before our grand opening at QVB, you will be invited to attend a 1–2 hour unpaid trial.
This allows us to see how you blend with the team and ensures that you feel comfortable with the role and work environment.
After the Trial:
If you’re selected to join the Auntie Anne’s QVB team, we will discuss your roster and training schedule with you.

Contract length: 2-3 months
Pay: $13.49 – $25.00 per hour
