- Have the confidence to ideate across all Pedestrian brands with a production-focused framework, utilising our studio production capabilities to integrate brands seamlessly.
- Take the lead on your own brief responses with a hungry and fearless attitude, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- Confidently present creative media strategies for campaigns to media agencies and clients.
- Be chronically online – staying on top of youth culture trends, industry trends, social media trends and technologies, using this knowledge and insight to build market-leading campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial partnerships team and Studio production team to ensure the seamless alignment and execution of strategic visions.
- Be a confident thought leader within the business – you always have knowledge to share with the wider business in the context of social media and cultural trends in Australia.
- Lead research projects with a combination of qualitative and quantitative sources.
