About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to manage and grow our ecosystem of strategic technology partners — which collectively drive the adoption of our company’s key financial products.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end partner relationship, from building deep executive connections to ensuring our partners are championing and adopting our products. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Design to roll out new features and drive partner-sourced growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and deepen relationships with key technology partners
- Drive engagement and advocacy to generate leads and commercial opportunities
- Launch and promote new features/products in partnership ecosystems
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally, influencing roadmap and priorities
- Reinforce our value proposition with partners to encourage meaningful activity
About You
- Proven experience in SaaS, ideally in partnerships or customer success
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Comfortable leading conversations that are challenging but constructive
- Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
