- Bring your strategic pricing expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to this senior opportunity within our Merchandise Transformation team!
As the Senior Pricing Strategy Manager, you will lead and set the strategic direction of Endeavour Groups retail pricing strategy and governance across all brands and channels.
This senior role requires a forward-thinking approach, balancing profitability, market positioning, and long-term growth.
You will develop and execute sophisticated pricing frameworks using market intelligence and advanced analytics. Partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will integrate pricing strategies with commercial objectives and adapt to market dynamics.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Set enterprise pricing vision aligned with commercial, customer, and brand objectives.
- Influence senior stakeholders to integrate pricing as a core commercial lever, balancing value creation with customer experience.
- Monitor market, customer, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead pricing innovation through a test-and-learn approach, driving scalable insights and continuous optimization.
- Champion customer, channel, and location segmentation for precision pricing.
- Ensure pricing compliance and ethical standards, engaging Legal and Risk as needed.
- Evolve Dan Murphy’s price beat strategy, leveraging insights for market leadership.
- Develop enterprise pricing analytics for actionable insights across business units.
- Identify and address pricing inconsistencies, margin opportunities, and performance gaps with compelling narratives and data.
- Partner with Loyalty, Digital, and Ecommerce to refine pricing mechanics and promotional design.
- Oversee enterprise pricing performance against financial targets and customer strategies.
- Drive process innovation, automation, and capability uplift within the pricing function.
- Act as enterprise spokesperson on pricing strategy, influencing C-Level executives and external partners.
- Build strategic partnerships across EDG functions (Merchandise, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Digital, Legal) to embed pricing in decision-making.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture in pricing and customer value teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Navigate a complex matrix environment with influence and agility, aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Role model Endeavour Group’s Leadership Values, mentoring talent and contributing to the Customer Value leadership agenda.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management / pricing strategy, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
- Proven strategy development and implementation experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing strategies and influence a set diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with pricing software and tools.
- Experience working in a matrix structured organisation.
- Retail experience is highly regarded.
- Leading/motivating/influencing commercial executives.
