Funny name, serious business
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly $12.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll be a key driver in shaping the future of our global team. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers across all functions and levels to ensure we're bringing in the right people to fuel our mission and values.
This role goes beyond just filling positions—you’ll proactively build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to anticipate talent needs and create seamless, efficient processes. You'll collaborate with these teams to ensure smooth onboarding and that we’re always thinking ahead about our talent pipeline.
You’ll also play a critical role in refining our broader talent strategy—optimising hiring practices, forecasting future needs, and continually attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our long-term business goals. And while you’ll rely on data to inform your decisions and track success, you’ll keep the human touch front and centre throughout the process.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in
- Partnered with a senior leader to kick off hiring for a brand-new role—challenging assumptions, refining the brief, and ensuring we were building the team the business actually needed
- Created a proactive sourcing strategy to reach underrepresented talent pools and keep our hiring inclusive, values-led, and aligned to the future we’re building
- Welcomed a brilliant new hire into the WGAC family after guiding them (and their hiring team) through a seamless, thoughtful process that left everyone smiling 🎉
- Spotted a few ways to sharpen how we hire and shared data-backed insights that helped optimise our approach—and maybe even turned a few skeptics into fans
- Jumped into a cross-functional project to connect the dots between Talent, HR, IT, Legal and Finance—making sure onboarding was smooth, compliant and headache-free for everyone
- Contributed to our talent optimisation efforts—whether that was mapping internal capability, rethinking a role structure, or supporting better workforce planning conversations
- Helped shape how we show up to candidates—refreshing our employer brand touchpoints so the right people feel that familiar WGAC spark from the first interaction
- Balanced strategic partnering with hands-on hustle—switching gears between big-picture conversations and filling roles
Let’s talk about you
Your stakeholders see you as a trusted partner. You know how to build strong, respectful relationships with hiring managers and work alongside them to shape roles, spot great talent, and make confident, values-led decisions. You’re not just filling jobs, you’re helping teams grow in the right direction.
You bring a strategic lens to talent acquisition, balancing speed with quality and always keeping the bigger picture in mind. You're proactive, data-savvy, and curious—always looking for ways to improve how we hire and how we show up to candidates.
You care deeply about creating a fair, inclusive hiring experience, and you know how to make candidates feel seen, supported and excited to join the team. And yes, you love a clean process, but you also know that great hiring is about people first.
If you've worked in a global business or one that’s constantly evolving, and you know how to stay people-focused through change, you’ll feel right at home here.
You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!
Why should you work with us?
First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.
We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).
Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.
Have you made it this far?
If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all
