SEO EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE
Develop and implement innovative SEO solutions.
The SEO Executive will work closely with and support the SEO Specialist and cluster lead across multiple SEO channels and accounts.
They will meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across SEO and content. Strive to continuously improve established technical knowledge and work collaboratively with peers and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients at a tactical, implementation level on a day to day basis.
- Understand client objectives, and communicate / promote agency value and results.
- Manage and implement client projects, liaising with team members and stakeholders to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.
- Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies working with internal teams.
- Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
- Promote the Sparro values and culture.

Your skills
- Effective project management and excel at working in a team.
- An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project.
- A confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management.
- Technical and strategic skills in SEO, Google Analytics and data analysis.
- Detailed understanding of channel tactics and best practices.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
The performance of the SEO Executive will be determined based on their ability to:
- Successfully implement online marketing strategies as per briefs and requirements, indicating attention to detail and the ability to follow directions and meet client objectives.
- Contribute to marketing strategies or development briefs with educated ideas and recommendations; indicating initiative, as well as an understanding of, and interest in, online marketing concepts and their application.
- Develop an advanced level of proficiency in Google Analytics and other online marketing channels.
- Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Profession + Leadership Training /01
Continuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. With our dedicated learning and development team and onsite performance coach, we offer in-house training sessions to upskill your qualifications.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founder and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro and Jack Nimble, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more.
Mentoring + Support /02
The SEO Executive will work in a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfilment and success within the company.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
