Now, we’re looking for an SEO Manager to help them find us and fall in love with what we offer.
The role:
This is more than just rankings and keywords it’s about building an SEO strategy that connects with Gen Z, drives quality traffic, and converts wanderlust into bookings.
As our SEO Manager, you’ll take the lead on Contiki’s global organic search strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, brand, dev, UX and marketing teams to elevate our visibility, grow our reach, and ensure we’re exactly where our travellers are searching.
What you’ll do:

Own the strategy:
- Lead Contiki’s global SEO roadmap to ensure it is aligned with brand, content, and commercial goals
- Ensure all new content is optimised from day one, hitting the right keywords, intent, and structure
- Identify short and long-term keyword opportunities through audits and research
- Collaborate closely with our SEO agency on core KPIs, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimisation

Optimise and enhance:
- Improve site structure, metadata, and page performance
- Collaborate with developers to fix technical issues and roll out enhancements
- Partner with merchandisers and content teams to optimise every new page, post, and campaign

Measure and analyse:
- Monitor traffic, rankings, click-throughs and conversions
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and share insights
- Proactively flag SEO issues before they impact performance

Be a team player:
- Integrate SEO into broader campaign planning and content development
- Advocate for SEO best practice across the business
- Educate and influence teams to embed a search-first mindset

Keep evolving:
- Stay ahead of search trends, Google algorithm updates, and evolving user behaviours
- Explore how AI tools and generative search can enhance workflows and content discovery
- Test and scale new SEO tactics to stay ahead of competitors
- Help build a search-first culture across global teams

- Increased visibility and rankings across priority destinations, themes, and search terms
- Growth in high-intent organic traffic that drives bookings
- A clearly documented and scalable SEO strategy adopted across regions
- Seamless collaboration between SEO, content, tech, and brand
- SEO becomes an embedded part of how we plan, create, and optimise content
What you bring:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in hands-on SEO, preferably in a global or multi-market setting
- Strong technical and on-page SEO skills
- Comfortable working closely with developers and UX teams
- Data-savvy, with experience using tools like GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams
- A passion for travel, digital innovation, and creating content that connects
