As a Service Advisor, you’ll act as the primary contact between the dealership and our valued guests, ensuring their vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standard while delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
As the Service Advisor, you will carry out a wide range of duties, including being the key contact for all guest-related inquiries and vehicle service needs:
- Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests, providing top-tier customer service throughout the repair and maintenance process.
- Service Bookings: Take service inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate service bookings.
- Repair Orders: Write up clear and detailed repair orders for the workshop team.
- Guest Updates: Keep guests informed on the status of their vehicles, providing progress updates throughout the repair process.
- Courtesy Cars: Organize courtesy cars for guests as required, ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience.
- Job Estimation: Estimate the cost and time required to complete service or repairs and communicate this to the guest.
- Workshop Coordination: Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure work is carried out on time and within budget.
- Extra Work Approval: Gain approval from guests for any additional work identified during the service process.
- Guest Complaints: Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Actively contribute to bringing in new business for the service department.
- Brand Promotion: Promote the Pilbara Toyota dealership and the Toyota brand to guests and the community.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional duties as required to maintain the smooth running of the service department.
