SERVICE COORDINATOR – (QLD)

We are a family owned and operated, multi-award winning, global company, with 5 state of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none. We pride ourselves on our ability to manufacture up to 85% of components in house, here, in our 12,500sqm Yatala facility.
The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Coordinator to join our MASR team in Yatala. This position plays a vital role in contributing to the effective and efficient operations of the service department. We are seeking someone who is mechanically minded, has the ability to multitask, works well under pressure, has the highest level of attention to detail and who thrives on customer interaction and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in developing and building strong customer relations whilst coordinating the daily operations of our service department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all aspects of the service and after sales department
- Ensure orders and requests are carried out in a timely manner
- Investigate complaints and resolve issues
- Coordinate service work requests between the service technicians
- Updating CRM with customer details
- Assist inbound sales, spares, and service enquiries by phone
- Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain internal database systems
- Manage communication flow to the sales team
- Generate reports from the company CRM and ERP system
To be successful you will have:
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft office and CRM systems
- Effective communication skills and professional phone manner
- Sound time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Mechanical aptitude or trade background or qualification highly regarded
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ERP Platform system experience desirable
- Current driver’s and forklift license
Although not essential experience working in, or good understanding of the earthmoving manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
