About the Role

Duties
• Mentor clients to boost confidence and skills
• Coach life skills: cooking, cleaning, and routines
• Assist with personal care: hygiene, dressing, etc.
• Administer medication and follow care plans
• Connect clients with community activities
Skills & Experience
• Flexibility with shift availability (24/7 site)
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Experience in Behavioural or Mental Health support (preferred)
• Valid full driver’s licence
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid/CPR
