We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Service Delivery Specialist reporting to Senior Manager of Location Data Management not Network Data Management.
A bit about your role
The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering nbn’s addressing footprint enrichment initiatives and operational processes. This role supports the achievement of key performance indicators across location and addressing services, ensuring optimal process solutions. Key functions include governance of vendor work instructions, process improvement, and providing support across all nbn technologies.
The specialist will facilitate learning among peers, develop work instructions for offshore teams, and ensure the team is equipped to handle challenges. Responsibilities also include vendor support, stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and leading process improvement initiatives.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a team of technical experts across multiple complex functions, with a strong background in managed service operations, IT automation, and process improvements within the telecommunications/IT environment. They should possess analytical and strategic thinking skills, experience in managing and remediating nbn Location and Addressing Data, and participation in business improvement procedures.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Address Management systems is essential. The candidate should also have exceptional communication skills, excellent organizational and management abilities, and a proven track record in developing effective business cases and strategic solutions.
