What’s the role?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the infrastructure team in Group Technology. In this role, you will collaborate with team members and the SNS group to support and govern service delivery processes through the ServiceNow platform.
This involves close coordination with Design, Build, and RUN network engineers, as well as Project Managers, to facilitate the effective use of ITIL-based processes, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Catalogue Management. Additionally, the role includes producing comprehensive reporting on KPIs and SLAs, providing actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement for our customers.
What do I need?
- 2-3+ years’ IT service delivery management experience in a complex IT infrastructure, large corporate environment
- Experienced using ServiceNow Change/Incident/Problem/Request.
- 3 years ITIL experience. Foundations certificate (desirable)
- Advancing data analysis, problem solving and reporting skills.
- Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI skills
- Basic understanding of network technologies (desirable)
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in anticipating, owning and resolving customer issues, including implementing continual service improvements.
