About the role:
Working in a collaborative and supportive team based in Melbourne CBD, you will be responsible for providing Service Desk support to Avant users within Australia. We are seeking a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide service desk and desktop support to agreed service levels
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting assistance (via phone, e-mail and face to face)
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft application support
- Avant applications set-up and support
- Conduct equipment set-up, support and relocation
- Provide printer administration
- Promote a security culture to meet our compliance requirements
- Previous demonstrated Level 1 Service Desk experience in a corporate environment
- Valid work visa to work permanently in Australia
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, desktop software and active directory including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
- Working knowledge of desktops and mobile devices including tablets (Surface Pro)
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly desirable
- Previous exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirable
