Your Role
Join one of Australia’s leading consultancies as a Service Integration & Governance Lead , where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing complex multi-vendor environments and driving service excellence across our client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, enjoys building strong provider relationships, and is passionate about continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing supplier management processes, aligning contracts and SLAs, and ensuring consistent performance across all providers. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you’ll define performance metrics, establish reporting frameworks, and lead initiatives that enhance collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier management processes and define performance metrics.
- Set up and maintain reporting requirements for each provider.
- Coordinate contract and SLA alignment to ensure consistency in expectations.
- Oversee supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve issues and foster strong provider relationships.
- Lead governance and service improvement initiatives across ITSM operations.
Your Experience
- Extensive experience in ITIL, SIAM, and end-to-end service management.
- Proven leadership in ITSM operations and vendor relationship management.
- Strong track record of SLA/OLA compliance in complex environments (e.g., Horizon Power).
- Ability to implement robust governance frameworks and drive service excellence.
- Demonstrated success in process optimisation and team development.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
For this role we require candidates to be NV1 or NV2 cleared and ability to work fulltime onsite 5 days per week, due to the project work within this role.
