Service Manager - Residential Aged Care

Now, we’re offering a rare opportunity to lead with purpose as the Service Manager at our Rockingham residential aged care home.
About the Role
This is your chance to make a meaningful impact not just manage a facility but lead a home. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional care delivery in a 24/7 operational environment. You’ll guide and empower a committed team across clinical, operations, and business support functions to deliver high-quality, person-centred care where the wellbeing and happiness of residents always come first.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day service excellence.

Patience, resilience, and a keen attention to both detail and the broader picture round out your approach to leadership.
Your key experience ensuring success in this role will include:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (AHPRA registration highly regarded)
- Proven leadership in a complex operational setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial management experience and a track record of working within budgets
- Experience implementing regulatory changes in daily practice
- High-level report writing and business case development skills
- A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
