1. Ensure 24/7 call-outs are handled promptly and work independently.
2. Ensure customer service excellance by addressing customer concerns on the equipment promptly and effectively.
3. Conduct installation and commissiong of equipment and/or machineries at customer’s site, ensuring optimal functionality.
4. Provide breakdown assistance to customers both remotely or on-site.
5. Schedule and attend for routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and/or machineries to reduce downtime.
6. Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostics, servicing, repair and maintenance for hire and sold equipment to customers.
7. Complete detailed and timely service job reports (including but not limited to parts and consumables used) after each completed job.
8. Providing training and technical support to clients to maximize the performance of their equipment.
9. Work with internal business units and functions to ensure customer needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
10. Monitor and record parts and consumables usage to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
