The Role:
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Clerk to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, values attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced retail and administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to pharmacy and post office operations
- Handling postal services, including mailing and package tracking
- Responding to customer inquiries and directing requests to appropriate staff
- Operating office equipment, point-of-sale systems, and supporting general clerical tasks
- Maintaining and updating internal records, databases, and filing systems
- Supporting inventory and logistics processes, including stock tracking, purchase orders, deliveries, and daily reporting
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team
